Words you may not recognize:

Longanisa – (lon-ga-NEE-sa) Filipino pork sausage – THE national sausage of the Philippines (correct me if I am wrong, but it may be mentioned in the Philippine National Anthem). We make these savory sweet patties from scratch with a secret blend of spices, garlic, pineapple, and sugar. Damn is right.

Adobo – (uh-DÔ-bo) uh.. yeah! – the defining dish of the Philippines (the turkey of Thanksgiving, the Mickey of Disney, the Elvis of Rock n Roll). We sauté your choice of chicken or tofu in a special mixture of vinegar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce making this a tangy savory dish of absolute magic.

Atsara – (AT-sa-ra) Pickled Papaya Relish (like sauerkraut but sweeter and spelled differently). We make ours by pickling papaya, cabbage, pineapple, and ginger and pair it with our magic Adobo.

Fried Rice

Sweet Garlic Fried Rice – Choice of Chicken or Tofu (Vegetarian) with scrambled egg, garlic, carrots, bean sprouts, and onions sweetened with hoisin and garnished with green onion.  Add a fried egg or a longanisa pork patty to make your day for a $1.00.

Bacon Fried Rice – Simple and delicious.  Crispy bacon, scrambled egg, garlic, onions garnished with green onion.  Add a fried egg or a longanisa pork patty for a $1.00… it’ll make you dance.


Longanisa – Garlicky sweet handmade pork patty topped with tomato, cilantro, and ranch sauce on toasted sweet Hawaiian rolls served with tots.

Adobo Chicken – Tangy savory chicken paired with atsara (pickled papaya) on toasted sweet Hawaiian rolls served with tots. Tofu available upon request.


Pancit – (PUN-sit) – Choice of Chicken or Tofu mixed with rice noodle, celery, cabbage, onions, and carrots sautéed with oyster sauce garnished with green onion and lemon. (vegetarian upon request)

Longanisa Tots – Extra crispy tator tots topped with melted cheese, crumbled garlicky sweet longanisa pork sausage, spicy plantain sauce garnished with green onion.

Egg RollsLumpia – (LUM-pee-ah)

Traditional Filipino fried eggroll (Vegetarian) stuffed with cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, tofu rolled in a thin crispy wrapper served with sweet chili sauce.

Gio’s Special Lumpia – Fried eggroll stuffed with crab meat and green onion served with a hoisin and spicy mayo dipping sauce.
