March 8-17, is our busiest fortnight of the year. We will be working around the clock feeding thousands of people for breakfast, then lunch, then mireyenda (afternoon snack), then dinner, and finally at 2:30 am before they stumble back to their hotels. This is SXSW and we love it. So if you need breakfast catering, lunch catering, party catering, corporate sponsorship, advertising, or anything you can think of, BMP will help you be seen and known at SXSW. Contact us at 512-814-RICE or info@bemorepacifictruck.com
The Trail of lights is back this year, but do thousands of bulbs lighting up the night give license to wearing your sunglasses at night? Not unless you are Corey Hart or the Terminator. But if you must, come by the truck wearing your shades and sing “don’t be afraid of the guy in shades, Oh-no” and we will hook you up with BOGO.

Well it should be. They liked us so much they wanted us again, or “rewanted”, on September 25th 5pm-10pm. Recheck Twitter and FB for menu reupdates!

We’re hiring full and part time shift managers… even weekend latenight shifts. No experience is necessary but great customer service and common sense are required. You even get a free shirt!!! Send all inquiries to info@bemorepacifictruck.com.

The truck is nearing completion people and the good stuff will be back on the streets real soon. We will have brand new commercial appliances inside and a poppin new wrap design courtesy of Appleavocado.com

On cold cold Austin nights when the temperature plummets to 65 degrees, it’s time to switch from flip flops to Tom’s and head on out to Be More Pacific for a steaming bowl of Sinigang Baboy (pork). Tender seared pork and sour tamarind based soup with onions, cabbage, green beans, and tomatoes served over steamed Jasmine rice. So warm and hardy you might just have to unbutton those skinny jeans of yours. Keep an eye on twitter, facebook or the website to see if it is being served.

New to the menu we have our amazing Longanisa Tater Tots. Imagine the crispiest golden tots covered in melted gooey white cheese. Then imagine adding our garlicy sweet sizzling Longanisa sausage and covering it all with our spicy banana sauce and green onions. MANOMAN. Scarf this down and congratulations, you’ve just dumped Hunger and now you’re dating Delish, who by the way, is much much hotter.
So you’ve been suffering from night sweats craving that Adobo Slider you had at SXSW or maybe your cholesterol is now at a manageable level and your doctor has cleared you to finally order the Bacon Fried Rice with Fried Egg, but where are they!?!? Where is the truck?
Well your wait is over my friend because we will now be serving where you saw us last…
5th and Colorado Thur-Sat 10pm-3am Starting the first Thursday in May.
And to kick things off in proper Cinco De Mayo fashion we will be featuring a special item – The Taco Libre (created in the spirit of my favorite movie “Nacho Libre”). Imagine marinated Adobo chicken sautéed in Filipino Mang Tomas sauce and topped with our version of Elote, the infamous Mexican corn Steven continues to eat throughout the movie “Nacho Libre”. BMP’s Elote is corn off the cob combined with a mixture of crema and cotija cheese kicked up with a blend of spices including cayenne pepper. The taco is then finished off with lime juice and cilantro. Yessir!
